The BrewMometer is large dial face brew kettle thermometer that comes with a 4" stem or probe, and 3" anti-glare glass face. Stem only protrudes about 2" into the pot - deep enough for an accurate reading, shallow enough to stay out of the way of your stirring paddle. The dial face is marked with temperature ranges designing the stages of mashing temps all-grain brewers go through. Fermentation scale: 0º/250º F. There is a calibration nut on the back. The housing is stainless steel. 1/2" NPT MODEL Attached by means of a thermoweld such as built into Polarware or by use of the Weldless Kettle Thermometer Holder. | ||||||
