German Munich Helles

Color International Bittering Units Alcohol

A Munich Helles is a blonde beer originating in Munich around 1928. It uses noble hops to develop a lightly hopped character. It is similar to a Bohemian Pilsener, slightly darker, same approximate alcohol and less bitterness. We emphasize hop flavor and aroma in this style to balance the maltiness that should be apparent. This is light bodied beer with slight head retention and high carbonation.

In the style of: Lowenbräu
