German Helles Bock

Color International Bittering Units Alcohol
9 29 +/- 6.4

One of the original ‘Winter Warmers’, a German Helles Bock is a high gravity, full bodied, pale lager. The high terminal gravity lends a chewy, dry, malty finish. This beer will have a pronounced malt character which is balanced by an attractive hop spiciness. It is of moderate carbonation with enviable head retention. The nose has a slightly flowery quality that keeps you sniffing.
