German Weissenbier

Color International Bittering Units Alcohol
7 14 +/- 4.8

Our Weissenbier (Wheat Beer) is light in color, just as those found in most of the southern regions of Germany. It’s delicate hop balance and medium body make it an essential summer brew. A mild clove-like flavor is apparent (when using liquid yeast), along with a quenching tartness. It has high carbonation with low to medium head retention. The nose is not overpowering, but clean and refreshing.

In the style of: Erdinger, Ayinger, Franziskaner

  • You won't be brewing for a while and you'll get yeast later

Bottom Line: you always need yeast
