Irish Sweet Stout

Irish Stout - Draught

Color International Bittering Units Alcohol
50 49 +/- 4.0

Stout is generally darker, heavier, and usually has a higher alcohol content than porter. Draught Guinness is considered "real" Guinness by most fans, ours is lighter in body than our Irish Dry Stout with a alcohol level approximate to that of commercial Guinness. It is lighter than most microbrewery interpretations of the stout style. Dry stout is the beer of choice in Ireland. Very black in color with high bitterness and no hop aroma or flavor.

Commercial example: Guinness Stout in the can with nitrogen release
