Shipping Methods

FEDEX UPS US Mail

UPS (United Parcel Service)

We ship via UPS "ground track service" unless otherwise requested.
On-line shipping rates are estimates ONLY.

Final shipping charges are based on the ACTUAL weight of the package and the number and size of the box(s) required to get the products order to you in the best possible condition.

We will NOT ship internationally by UPS due to the slow processing through Customs and the expense incurred by the required Customs Brokers.

FEDEX (Federal Express)

We now offer FEDEX as a shipping option. Like UPS, shipping rates are based on the ACTUAL weight of the package and a database look-up using up-to-date FEDEX rates.

Common errors in selecting this shipping method is the selection of FEDEX GROUND service instead of FEDEX HOME DELIVERY.  FEDEX HOME DELIVERY operates Tuesday through Saturday at the same approximate rates as UPS Ground Service.

FEDEX GROUND is a business to business delivery method and is much cheaper than HOME DELIVERY, just as UPS COMMERCIAL is  much cheaper than UPS GROUND. Choosing GROUND SERVICE will delay your shipment if the shipping address is not directed to a business name.

We will NOT ship internationally by FEDEX due to the slow processing through Customs and the expense incurred by the required Customs Brokers.

Therefore we don't recommend USPS for products needed quickly.

International shipments will be processed via USPS services because of their speed through Customs and the lack of need of a Customs Brokers and that expense.

USPS Order Processing Procedures:

Shipping charge are based on a actual weight and database look-up linked to STAMPS.COM Rates are based on your selected shipping method and the actual weight of the package. When possible, we will up-grade your selection if a cheaper or faster service is available.
