Back-orders

We should be able to advise you of any back-order situations at the time you place your order by phone.  Back orders are charged to the consumer.  You will be able to exercise the option of:

• Holding the entire order until it is complete before shipping,

• Shipping ahead those items that are in stock,
  shipping back-ordered items ASAP,

• Cancel the back-ordered items.

If you mailed your order to us, or our inventory was off at the time you placed your order, we will try to contact you by phone and/or email as soon as possible.  Without phone or email contact, we will send you a back-order notice by US Mail within 2 days of the time the order was entered in the computer.
