An American IPA, with bold body, a great hop flavor and citrus aroma which accompanies the hop bitterness. This is a version of a Midwestern favorite. One would think any malt would remain undetected, buried beneath an elephantine hoppiness, but a hint of malty sweetness comes through. The nose is undoubtedly dominated by the Centennial hops. The carbonation and head retention are in accordance with India Pale Ale, with 7% alcohol.
