The Cascadian, or Black IPA is a newer style of beer that blends two different worlds together: dark and hoppy. Our version is medium bodied, dark in color with a slight chocolaty malt flavor that is balanced with a very nice hop bitterness, flavor, and aroma. The mix of Dehusked Carafa III and Crystal 120L gives a great malt profile, while the Carafoam adds to head retention. The use of Centennial hops adds beautiful citrus and floral notes.
